Q&A

Q1: Why won't the car washer start after turning on the switch?

A1: The battery might be dead; please charge it.

Q2: Why is there no water flow after starting the car washer?

A2: Check if the water hose is kinked or if the water flow is obstructed. Press and hold the car washer trigger for more than 10 seconds, then wait for the water to be drawn into the unit.

Q3: Why is the water pressure so low?

A3: Water pressure depends partly on the nozzle used; you can try changing the nozzle. If the battery is low, the water pressure will be very weak, so please charge it.
